Job summary

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency or higher.
• Experience leading global projects with mixed teams including local members.
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposals.
• Experience in leading projects and in driving transformation.
• Knowledge and implementation experience in architecture (cloud, data architecture).
• Experience in the implementation and operation of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead mixed teams of local and international members on TS&T projects.
• Collaborate with industry and cloud strategy consultants to deliver client transformation.
• Develop and propose DX visions, strategies, and operating models for clients.
• Drive enterprise IT architecture initiatives, modernization, and governance enhancements.
• Support for development of new services and client value creation.
