Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Senior Manager/Director in Jakarta to lead complex banking sector transformations, client advisory, and cross-functional delivery across SEA. The role requires extensive consulting experience, MBA or equivalent, and deep industry knowledge of Southeast Asia markets.

You will guide strategic initiatives, supervise project delivery, and mentor teams while collaborating with clients to drive sustainable value and innovation in financial services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, actuarial, finance or technology.
• MBA program or qualification with a well ranked institution.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asia market with proficiency in regulatory, economic, technological and business impacts on key institutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals within the financial services industry.
• Lead or Manage: Opportunity Management – RFI/RfP, Solution Designing, Budgeting and Account Planning; Delivery Management – Project Management; Leadership mentoring.
• Provide subject matter expertise in banking industry trends, regulations, and best practices to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, technology experts, and business development, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry to provide proactive advice to clients.
