Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Service Line professional for the Jakarta, Indonesia region, focusing on Business Process Solutions with a Senior/Assistant Manager level. You will assist leadership on compliance, draft client deliverables, and manage time and resources while aligning with client objectives and Deloitte standards.

The role requires 5+ years in tax consulting or auditing, excellent English communication, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3.00), majoring in Accounting or Taxation
• 5+ years of working experience as a tax consultant and/or auditor in consulting environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills)
• Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and advisory skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in fast moving and demanding environment
• Strong commitment, multi-tasking and team player
• Preferred ex Auditor from Big 4 Accounting Firm

Responsibilities

• Assist project leadership in helping clients meet compliance obligations and statutory deadlines, including statutory financial statements
• Draft and prepare client deliverables under direction of project management
• Understand objectives for stakeholders, clients and Deloitte while aligning own performance to objectives
• Develop themselves by seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador
• Seek opportunities to challenge themselves, collaborate with others to deliver and take accountability for results
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, establish credibility and provide excellent client service
