Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Marketing Administration Executive to join our marketing team and oversee budget operations across the region. This role is ideal for professionals early in their career aiming to build a foundation in marketing finance and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and FP&A teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, accounting, or finance operations; tech company experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have familiarity with financial systems like Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP/budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative process for marketing budgets and spend, ensuring transactions are recorded and tracked in the system.
• Partner with Finance/Controller, Procurement, and FP&A teams to keep marketing spend data accurate and audit-ready.
• Own the monthly closing process – ensure invoices and costs are submitted on time across the region.
• Ensure all spend processes follow Controller guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and reconcile discrepancies in budget data when they arise.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation to support month-end and audit processes.
• Flag risks or delays to keep the budget cycle on track.
