Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems is a plus (e.g., Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative process for marketing budgets and spend.
• Coordinate with Finance/Controller, Procurement, and FP&A to keep spend data accurate and audit-ready.
• Own the monthly closing process; follow up with marketing teams to ensure timely invoices and costs.
• Ensure spend processes follow Controller guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and reconcile discrepancies in budget data.
• Maintain organized documentation to support month-end and audit processes.
• Flag risks or delays to keep the budget cycle on track.

We're looking for a Marketing Administration Executive to join our marketing team and keep our budget operations running smoothly across the region. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in marketing finance and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Finance, Procurement, and FP&A teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day administrative process for marketing budgets and spend, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and tracked in the system
• Partner with Finance/Controller, Procurement, and FP&A teams to keep marketing spend data accurate and audit-ready
• Own the monthly closing process - following up with marketing teams across the region to ensure invoices and costs are submitted on time
• Ensure all spend processes follow the guidelines set by the Controller team
• Troubleshoot and reconcile discrepancies in budget data when they arise
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and records to support smooth month-end and audit processes
• Flag risks or delays proactively to keep the budget cycle on track

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience (internships count!) in marketing, accounting, or finance operations - experience in a tech company is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders across different teams and markets
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous, process-driven mindset
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through independently
• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude - someone who spots issues before they become problems
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP/budgeting tools
