Job summary

PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk is seeking an accounting professional to manage accounting and financial data, support budget control, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on billing and payment processes in Jakarta.

The role requires at least a D3 in Accounting and 1-2 years of related experience; proficiency in Ms Excel and SAP is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position requiring a disciplined and organized approach.

Qualifications

• D3 in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong numerical ability and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage sales data accurately.
• Support budgeting and budgetary control processes.
• Coordinate billing and payment with internal and external parties.
• Maintain filing and documentation of data and correspondence.
• Create reports and sales recaps for management.
• Process data in the system and conduct stock opname.

This role involves managing accounting and financial data, budget control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders on billing and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Input data related to sales data
• Manage budget required for program activities
• Budget controlling
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding billing and payment processes
• Perform filing and documentation of data and correspondence
• Assist with marketing materials to other departments related to marketing activities
• Create reports and sales recaps
• Coordinate with external parties, including sub-distributors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders, on administrative matters.
• Process data in the system
• Conduct stock opname

About you

• Minimum D3 qualification in Accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field
• Able to operate computers (Ms. Office), especially proficient in using Ms. Excel with formulas
• Able to operate SAP system (preferred)
• Good numerical ability
• Able to work carefully, systematically and in an organized manner
• Can join as soon as possible and willing to work 6 days a week
