Job summary

Trakindo is seeking a seasoned Marketing professional in Jakarta for leadership and product lifecycle collaboration with Caterpillar. The role focuses on developing marketing strategies for parts and services, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

The candidate will evaluate the claims process, coordinate with sales, and monitor marketing impact on revenue and GP to achieve targeted outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Business Administration/ Marketing major.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar industry.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years experience in Similar Industry

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator by sharing expertise and best practices through internal and external knowledge sharing sessions to support operational excellence and business competitiveness.
• Develop and mentor the team by providing clear guidance, continuous coaching, and structured growth opportunities to strengthen their capabilities, enabling operational excellence and enhancing the organization overall business competitiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the claims process and ensure timely, accurate recovery of all claimable amounts.
• Manage the end to end product lifecycle in collaboration with Caterpillar by reviewing new parts and services technical specificat ions, driving required lifecycle changes, and coordinating with Sales to strengthen lifecycle solution offerings.
• Develop product marketing strategy for each parts and services by gathering marketing and technical insights, coordinating with Product Managers on parts and or services requirements, preparing the marketing plan and pricing, building sales budgets, and
• Manage effective marketing execution by ensuring strategy implementation and its compliance for assigned commodities, monitoring p erformance accross industries, and coordinating execution activities with CAT to achieve targeted business outcomes.
