• Administer accident claims in accordance with contractual terms to secure proper cost recovery and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze asset management performance by reviewing maintenance and repair costs, work in progress status, and asset status; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Conduct asset stock opname to reconcile system records with physical inventory for accuracy and audit compliance.
• Ensure asset movements are executed properly by coordinating system-based processes and physical transfers, maintaining records, and safeguarding compliance.
• Coordinate unit demobilization and repairs, create job tickets, and identify asset usage and abuse in collaboration with Service and Sales teams.
• Execute MR strategies (PM, Backlog, PCR) using operational inputs and monitor SCC tickets for scheduled, unscheduled, and abuse repairs.
• Perform geofencing setup in VisionLink, submit warranty registrations, and register units for full activation and traceability.
• Receive newly arrived units, perform pre-acceptance inspections, and verify operation and safety features.

Responsibilities:

• Administer accident claims in accordance with contractual terms to secure proper cost recovery and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze asset management performance by reviewing maintenance and repair costs, work in progress status, and asset status (queuing, in repair, good), preparing comprehensive asset management reports, and providing improvement recommendations
• Conduct asset stock opname to reconcile system recorded inventory with actual physical units, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of asset data for operational and audit compliance.
• Ensure asset movements are executed properly by coordinating and validating both system‑based process and physical transfers, maintaining accurate records, and safeguarding full compliance throughout the asset relocation process.
• Coordinate unit demobilization, completing GR after confirming no outstanding rental invoices, creating job tickets for TA1 or TA2 and repairs while conducting joint inspections with Service and Sales to identify UC or GET usage and any abuse, and monito
