Job summary

PaxOcean Group is seeking an Executive in Marketing to develop new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients, supporting the shipyard's growth. The role focuses on promoting shipyard services, identifying potential repair, docking, and conversion projects, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to meet requirements.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in marketing, sales, or BD, a marine background is preferred, and strong English communication

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Fresh graduates with a strong marine background and excellent communication are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English; strong networking and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Promote the shipyard's facilities and services, including repair, dry docking, and vessel conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to respond to client enquiries and prepare quotations or proposals.
