Job summary

PaxOcean Group is seeking an Executive, Business Development in Indonesia to drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts and securing repeat business opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in business development, account management, sales, or commercial roles in shipyard/ship repair/marine industries preferred.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and vessel visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers including ship owners and fleet managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat docking orders and shipyard services.
• Engage customers to understand schedules and upcoming projects.
• Create account development plans to increase retention and revenue share.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify additional work opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and approvals to improve conversions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and post-project follow-ups to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities for growth.
