• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing Operations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operational or manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and performance tracking
• Identify and implement operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
