Job summary

paragoncorp seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Lead to drive end-to-end continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. You will develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals, and lead Lean and Six Sigma programs to deliver measurable impact.

With 5+ years in manufacturing and strong leadership, you will coach teams, manage stakeholders, and establish KPIs to monitor progress and drive sustained performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing with continuous improvement exposure.
• Proven track record in leading improvement projects and delivering measurable results.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement Manufacturing Excellence strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement projects.
• Coach and mentor team members on CI methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and improvement impact.
