Job summary

The role requires a seasoned professional with twenty years of project management experience in manufacturing, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Hands-on familiarity with high-mix, low-volume or high-volume electronics production.
• Electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, DIP, testing, box-build).
• Supply chain & material planning fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to the Director.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively managing resources and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables with clarity and accountability.
• Implement and monitor project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize efficiency.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish metrics for project performance and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through escalation processes.
