This Specialist, Organization Development role focuses on OD projects, productivity analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to align capabilities with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree, 5+ years in OD within manufacturing, and strong data/Excel skills to support continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient with WLA, Job Analysis, Organizational Design, and TPM.

Responsabilidades

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency and align organizational capabilities with business objectives.
• Proficient in data analysis and KPI development to drive productivity improvements.
