Job summary

Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP) is a leading global pulp and paper company with operations across Indonesia and China and a combined capacity of millions of tons per year. This Specialist, Organization Development role focuses on OD projects, productivity analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to align capabilities with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree, 5+ years in OD within manufacturing, and strong data/Excel skills to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient with WLA, Job Analysis, Organizational Design, and TPM.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, preferably in manufacturing.

Familiar with WLA, Job Analysis, Organizational Design, and TPM.

Experienced in manpower planning, KPI development, and productivity analysis.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational development projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency and align organizational capabilities with business objectives.
