Job summary

PT. Shritech Energy Indonesia seeks an experienced Machining leader to oversee CNC turning and milling operations, plan manpower, machines, shifts, tooling and delivery schedules, and drive quality, productivity, and OTD.

You will lead a team, enforce 5S and lean practices, troubleshoot, and mentor engineers, with a background in mechanical manufacturing and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years' machining/manufacturing experience, including 3-5 years in leadership.
• Expert in CNC turning/milling, programming, setup, tooling, cutting parameters, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, GD&T, materials, quality systems, Lean, OEE, and 5S.
• Strong leadership and English communication; Oil & Gas/precision machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC turning, milling, conventional machining, and supporting production activities.
• Plan manpower, machines, shifts, tooling, materials, priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Control output, quality, productivity, cycle time, downtime, rejection, rework, and OTD.
• Drive troubleshooting, process improvement, safety, 5S, team development, and KPI reporting.
