Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a seasoned leader to oversee end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality.

You will develop roadmaps, timelines, risk mitigation, and performance tracking, identify opportunities for operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management and/or manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing programs, delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
