Job summary

Flintex Consulting seeks a Head of Operation, Manufacturing to lead and optimize our manufacturing division in Indonesia. You will drive setting up scalable production, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across the group of facilities.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership to deliver cost-effective, high-quality power cable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years progressive experience in manufacturing with strong knowledge of QMS ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
• At least 5 years experiences in managing a manufacturing operation with P&L accountabilities.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements related to power cable manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating plans to achieve strategic direction.
• Ensure manufacturing capabilities meet cost, quality, and responsiveness targets.
• Work with engineering teams to develop efficient production methods for power cable products.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and safety.
