Qualifikationen

• Hands-on leader on the shop floor.
• Proven track record in improving equipment effectiveness and OEE.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.

• Lead daily factory operations, coaching operators to deliver consistent results.
