Job summary

PT. Siantar Madju is seeking an Information Technology Programmer for an on-site role in Surabaya. You will design, code, test, and maintain software supporting manufacturing, inventory, and business operations.

Daily tasks include troubleshooting, providing internal user support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrating new technologies, maintaining databases, and ensuring security and performance. Documentation and continuous improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology, including OS, networks, and basic hardware/software concepts.
• Proficiency in programming with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and SQL databases.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and technical support in a production environment.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and document solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with data security and reliability focus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surabaya and coordinate cross-functionally.
