Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, psychology, management, law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in HR Generalist functions.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to be based in Palembang, South Sumatra.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Generalist functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance mgmt, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with objectives and labor regulations.
• Manage employee relations and handle industrial relations issues effectively.
• Lead manpower planning and recruitment activities to support business needs.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver effective HR services.
• Support organizational development and other HR strategic initiatives.
