Michael Page is seeking a Senior HR leader to oversee end-to-end HR for a financial services group in Jakarta. You will align people initiatives with business objectives and partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.

Responsibilities include leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, compensation governance, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws. You will lead recruitment and drive HR process improvements across a multi-entity organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience working in a group, holding company, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong end-to-end HR expertise, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Exposure to compensation & benefits, total rewards, and workforce planning.
• Experience driving succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
