Job summary

ParagonCorp in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks a Finance Business Partner to translate financial data into actionable strategies for the Supply Chain Directorate. You will provide financial analysis to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.

You will ensure that COGS calculations and accounting controls align with the directorate's processes and with the company's financial services, partnering cross-functionally to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3–4+ years in finance business partnering, preferably with commercial/marketing finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid knowledge of COGS calculation and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain Directorate by translating financial data into insights and actionable strategies.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements within the Supply Chain Directorate.
• Ensure that fundamental finance processes, operations, and basic accounting controls align with the Supply Chain Directorate’s processes.
• Ensure that financial operations and controls align with the company’s financial accounting services and are properly implemented within the Supply Chain Directorate.
• Perform cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations and conduct financial analysis to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
