Job summary

PT Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a seasoned finance professional to act as the primary financial liaison across manufacturing and operations. The role emphasizes budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and process optimization to drive profitability.

The incumbent will lead monthly reviews, develop KPI dashboards, and support factory month-end closings and inventory management. Strong English and SAP experience are preferred to bridge finance with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Audit.
• CMA or ACCA qualifications are highly preferred.
• 5+ years in finance, cost accounting, ideally in MNCs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary financial liaison for business units, ensuring accurate cost calculations.
• Lead monthly business reviews and KPI definitions, build dynamic financial models.
• Formulate annual budgets and perform variance analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Understand manufacturing/workflows to streamline operations and provide financial support.
• Manage factory costs and overheads and propose cost-saving actions.
• Review expenses and procurement to flag anomalies and guide improvements.
• Oversee month-end closing and inventory control activities.
