Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia partners with a multinational FMCG client in Indonesia to recruit a senior Head of FP&A. You will govern financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across multiple operating units, facilities, and channels, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires a hands-on FP&A professional with strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
• Strong experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A role with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting responsibilities.
• Strong ability to structure, consolidate, and analyze financial data across units.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop financial models to support planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
• Standardize data structures, logic, and consolidation across units and entities.
• Consolidate data from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
• Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct budget vs actual analyses and identify variances.
• Monitor OpEx, CapEx, costs, and overhead against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide cost-control recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate planning and reporting with regional and global units and HQ.
• Ensure consistency of reporting standards and performance indicators across units.
• Perform ROI, sensitivity, and scenario analyses for major investments.
• Support capital investments in capacity, cold-chain infra, and new lines.
• Lead and develop FP&A team and ensure data governance.
