Job summary

Bayer AG in Indonesia invites graduates to a 1.5–2 year Product Supply Finance program at Cimanggis (West Java). You will learn how a production facility operates and translate shop-floor reality into financial insights that steer decisions.

Half of the time you will be on-site building manufacturing finance fundamentals, and half you will rotate through Commercial, Digital Finance and stakeholder teams to broaden your perspective and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of work experience and strong curiosity.
• Affinity with data, systems and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Business Partners on site to learn manufacturing finance hands-on.
• Translate production processes into numbers affecting P&L and working capital.
• Work with BOMs to understand product costing and value drivers.
• Contribute to periodic reporting, planning and forecasting with central teams.
• Present financial results to site and stakeholder management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives integrating finance and operations.
