PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI) invites you to join a Global Traineeship Program in Engineering & Technology, Indonesia. You will rotate between a production site and global supply chain functions to build broad technical and leadership capabilities.

Participants gain hands-on project experience, cross-functional exposure, and an extensive virtual learning journey with peers across FrieslandCampina, preparing you for future leadership roles in supply chain.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
• Strong academic background from a relevant university.
• Willing to relocate domestically or internationally.

Responsabilités

• Support improvement projects within one of FrieslandCampina’s production locations to analyze processes and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
• Contribute to initiatives related to network design, planning optimization and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through two rotations in home country and global functions.
