Responsibilities

• Learn how a production facility operates and how shop-floor reality translates into financial insights.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners on site, learning manufacturing finance hands-on.
• Translate production processes into numbers, connecting drivers to P&L and working capital.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled insights in day-to-day finance.
• Collaborate on reporting, planning and forecasting with central teams.
• Present financial results to site and stakeholders, telling the story behind the numbers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations.
