Henkel is seeking an AO Management Trainee in Indonesia for an 18‑month fast-track program rotating through operations and supply chain with a focus on digital transformation and sustainability. You will complete three 6‑month rotations across production plants and related functions, gaining hands-on experience and a broad cross-functional view.

You will receive tailored development and mentorship, with networking opportunities among global trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Experience using PLC/automation systems is highly preferred.
• Willingness to learn with interest in digitization and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian; able to interact with all management levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Geographic mobility and willingness to become a future leader.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Henkel’s digital transformation and support sustainability across APAC.
• Enrol in an 18-month fast-track management trainee program with three 6-month rotations.
• Gain hands-on experience in production plants and supply chain functions.
• Rotate through digital business, procurement, and sales to build cross-functional understanding.
• Work on cross-functional initiatives and contribute to real business improvements.
• Receive tailored development plans, mentor support, and networking with global trainees.
