Job summary

PT Bayer Indonesia offers a 1.5–2 year Finance Management Trainee program based at our production facilities. You will split time between Product Supply Finance and ~50% rotations across Commercial Finance, Digital Finance and key stakeholders.

This role provides hands-on learning and exposure to AI, analytics and emerging technologies in a manufacturing setting. You will gain end-to-end understanding of how value is created, steered and transformed through data and technology, preparing you for

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering or related field.
• Strong curiosity, learning agility and a proactive mindset.
• A clear affinity with data, systems and digital solutions.
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with AI and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Learn how a production facility translates into financial insights.
• Partner closely with Finance Business Partners on site.
• Translate production processes into numbers, connecting drivers to P&L and working capital.
• Collaborate on periodic reporting, planning and forecasting with central teams.
• Present financial results to site and stakeholders and explain the numbers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance, operations and efficiency.
