Job summary

PT Yonyou Network Indonesia is seeking an ERP Consultant Intern (Mandarin Speaker) to assist in ERP implementation projects and to bridge communication between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients.

The role covers business analysis, system support, and bilingual coordination, with exposure to ERP modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome, and the position emphasizes learning and detail-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency required (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong English or Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in IS/CS/Accounting/Business or related field.
• Basic understanding of Finance, Supply Chain or HR processes.
• Interest in ERP systems SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Odoo.
• Willingness to learn; detail-oriented and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients in Mandarin & English/Indonesian.
• Translate requirements between Mandarin and local teams and support gap analysis.
• Assist in configuring ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
• Support data entry, master data setup, and simple data migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system customization and document processes.
• Assist project managers in tracking progress and preparing bilingual meeting minutes.

1. Role Overview

The ERP Consultant Intern (Mandarin Speaker) supports ERP implementation projects while acting as a communication bridge between local teams and Chinese-speaking clients or stakeholders. This role combines business analysis, system support, and bilingual coordination.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Business & Requirement Analysis

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients (Mandarin & English/Indonesian)
• Translate business requirements between Mandarin and local teams
• Support gap analysis between current processes and ERP solutions

b. System Implementation Support

• Assist in configuring ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
• Support data entry, master data setup, and simple data migration
• Coordinate with technical teams for system customization

c. Translation & Communication

• Act as a translator during meetings, discussions, and presentations
• Translate documents (BRD, SOP, user manuals) between Mandarin and English/Indonesian
• Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams

d. Testing & Documentation

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare test cases and assist in system validation
• Document implementation processes and user guides

e. Training & Support

• Assist in conducting bilingual (Mandarin) user training
• Provide first-level system support to users
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants

f. Project Coordination

• Assist project managers in tracking progress and deliverables
• Prepare bilingual meeting minutes and reports

3. Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or related fields
• Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a must
• Basic understanding of business processes (Finance / Supply Chain / HR)
• Interest in ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Odoo
