J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) seeks an experienced ERP/Finance Systems specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the company's ERP, Accounting, and Payment Application systems in Jakarta.

The role focuses on translating finance requirements into system solutions, coordinating with HQ and finance users, and supporting financial closing, reporting, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and provide support for ERP, Accounting, and Payment Application Systems.

• Ensure end-to-end support for finance processes within ERP and related systems.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity across integrations.

Job Descriptions

• 1. Manage, maintain, and provide support for the company's ERP System, Accounting System, and Payment Application System to ensure stable, secure, and efficient daily operations.
• 2. Analyze Finance and Accounting business requirements and translate them into system solutions, process improvements, and functional enhancements.
• 3. Coordinate with Finance users, IT teams, and HQ teams to resolve ERP, Accounting System, and Payment Application System issues in a timely manner.
• 4. Ensure ERP, Accounting System, and Payment Application System support end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes.
• 5. Monitor system performance and manage system integration between ERP, Accounting System, Payment Application System, and other finance-related applications to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• 6. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and ensure new features meet Finance and Accounting business requirements.
• 7. Support financial closing, payment processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting by ensuring system availability and data integrity.
• 8. Participate in ERP implementation, system upgrades, finance digital transformation projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• 9. Ensure ERP, Accounting System, and Payment Application System comply with company policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 2. Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with HQ teams and business stakeholders. HSK certification is an advantage.
• 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, Finance Systems, or a related role.
• 4. Strong understanding of ERP Systems, Accounting Systems, and Payment Application Systems (such as Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
• 5. Experience in ERP implementation, Accounting System support, Payment Application Systems, system integration, and finance-related application projects is highly preferred.
• 6. Good knowledge of accounting and finance business processes.
• 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• 8. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
