Job summary

Ukirama, a cloud-based ERP company based in Jakarta, is seeking a Mandarin translator to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. The role requires real-time translation during meetings and support for written communication in Mandarin. Candidates should have strong proficiency in Mandarin with a minimum HSK 5 qualification and experience in business contexts.

The ideal applicant will be comfortable engaging directly with clients and should preferably be based in Jabodetabek. This opportunity is open to Indonesian citizens only.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real-time translation (Mandarin – Indonesian) during client meetings, both online and offline
• Support written communication in Mandarin, including drafting and translating emails and documents
• Help prepare meeting materials and support coordination with the team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong Mandarin proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate business and technical terms professionally (minimum HSK 5)
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients in meetings
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek (Open for Indonesian citizen only)
• Experience in business or sales meetings (especially software/ERP) is a plus
