Job summary

BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking a detail‑oriented finance/operations professional to manage route quotations, and to oversee financial transactions, invoicing, reconciliation and settlements. The role supports regulatory policy drafting and general admin duties in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or higher in business-related fields, fluent Indonesian, basic English, and preferably Chinese for communications with HQ in China. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Associate degree (D3) or above in Business, Economics or related fields
• Fluent in Indonesian; basic English reading/writing; Chinese a plus
• Excellent business negotiation, communication, coordination and relationship-maintenance abilities
• Strong ability to work under pressure and be goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Calculate and quotation of new routes in Indonesia
• Draft business and general affairs policies and regulations in Indonesia
• Manage financial transactions including invoicing, reconciliation, billing processing, and payment collection
• Complete document verification and settlement data calculation according to cycles
• Collect and calculate local waybill data and assist settlements
• Analyze operational revenue and cost data for finance and management
• Handle local cargo damage compensation and commercial claims including signings
• Perform general administrative affairs in Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis
• Engage with headquarters/management in China as needed

Job description

Responsible for the calculation and quotation of new routes in Indonesia.

Responsible for drafting business and general affairs policies and regulations in Indonesia.

Manage financial transactions in accordance with contracts, including invoicing, reconciliation, payment collection, billing processing, and other related tasks, ensuring accurate and clear bookkeeping.

Complete document verification and settlement data calculation according to the reconciliation and settlement cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing of route operation accounts.

Responsible for collecting and calculating local waybill data, preliminarily determining the amount of accounts payable, and assisting in the completion of settlement operations.

Responsible for collecting and analyzing all operational revenue and cost data for the department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all operational data required by finance and management.

Responsible for handling local cargo damage compensation and commercial claims, including signing damage compensation agreements and managing the payment process.

Responsible for general administrative affairs in Indonesia.

Education: Associate degree (D3) or above. Preferred majors: Business, Foreign Languages (English/Chinese), Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or other business-related fields.

Language: Fluent in Indonesian; basic English reading and writing skills are required. Fluency in Chinese is a plus, as it facilitates communication with the headquarters or management team in China.

Office Software Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic competencies include using Excel for statistical data analysis and using Word/PPT to write reports.

Core Soft Skills: Must possess excellent business negotiation, communication, coordination, and relationship‑maintenance abilities, as well as sharp market insight and logical analytical skills. Goal‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure.
