Job summary

PT. Shantui Equipment Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Management Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or above and at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with proficiency in Mandarin and English. You will lead a team, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, and strive for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team supervision.
• Proficient in Chinese/Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry or spare parts warehouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, safety, and housekeeping
• Prepare and monitor warehouse reports and inventory records
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to improve warehouse efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding warehouse and logistics matters
