Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Supply Chain Operations Specialist / Supervisor to support supply chain project operations, client coordination, and daily operational activities. You will handle project plans, coordinate with internal teams, assist in SOPs and process flows, monitor daily issues, support client onboarding, and maintain project reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics operations is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency, minimum HSK 4 or equivalent.
• Good English communication skills is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
• WMS, TMS, or ERP experience is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, logical, and strong in execution.
• Candidates with logistics/3PL experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain project implementation and client requirements.
• Follow up project plans, timelines, milestones, and progress.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Warehouse, IT, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Assist in preparing SOPs, process flows, and project documentation.
• Monitor daily operational issues and coordinate follow-up.
• Support new client onboarding and existing solution optimization.
• Maintain project reports, records, and documentation.
