Responsibilities

Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and stakeholders.
Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support smooth departmental activities.
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination.
Act as backup support for team members when needed.
Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks and other Manager-assigned duties.
Learn and develop expertise in the logistics industry.
