Job summary

Sumber mega international is seeking an Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to support daily operations between Sales and Purchasing teams. You will liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers for follow-ups and negotiations, process orders, and prepare essential documents.

Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fast learner, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support daily operational activities between the Sales and Purchasing teams.
Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, principals, or business partners for order follow-ups and negotiations.
Process and monitor purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and manage operational documents (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, etc.).
Track inventory/stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment from purchasing through to delivery.
