Job summary

PT Callindo Solusi Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Support to assist our B2B clients with inquiries and sales opportunities from Mandarin-speaking customers, including prospects from China.

The role focuses on responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process, in a full-time on-site position at Jakarta office. Training will be provided and there is clear guidance for sales activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Good English written and spoken communication.
• Indonesian language is an advantage.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, telesales, or related roles is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome.
• Must be able to work full-time at Jakarta office.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries and assigned leads from Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Communicate with prospects from China and other Mandarin-speaking markets via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
• Respond to customer questions and provide initial information based on guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate qualified leads and opportunities with the relevant sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, lead status, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct basic research on potential customers when required.
• Provide regular updates and reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Sales Support to support our B2B client in handling business inquiries and sales opportunities from Mandarin-speaking customers, including prospects from China.

This role focuses on responding to incoming inquiries, communicating with Mandarin-speaking prospects, following up on assigned leads, and supporting the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure prospects receive timely and professional communication.

Training, product information, and working guidelines will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming business inquiries and assigned leads from Mandarin-speaking customers


• Communicate with prospects from China and other Mandarin-speaking markets through WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels


• Respond to customer questions and provide initial information based on the provided guidelines


• Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities


• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process


• Coordinate qualified leads and opportunities with the relevant sales team
