Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations
• Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with managerial-level stakeholders to support the smooth execution of departmental activities
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure effective team coordination
• Act as a backup support for team members when needed
• Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager
• Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry
