Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or operational role.

• Willing to travel and relocate or rotate based on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Translate and interpret during meetings, training sessions, store visits, briefings, and operational discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct store inspections to ensure the store operational has runs smoothly
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required
