Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of professional experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, commodity trading, logistics, or capital-intensive industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate corporate tax planning, reporting, and audits under Indonesian regulations.
• Supervise AR, AP, banking, cash flow, and cost control to maintain financial health.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports with variance analysis.
