Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is assisting in recruiting for a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager role in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in mining/oil & gas/commodity trading is highly preferred.
• Strong Indonesian taxation expertise, including corporate income tax and withholding tax.
• Experience managing external audits, tax audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in multinational organizations and coordinate cross-border stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage corporate tax planning, tax reporting, tax compliance, and coordinate all external tax audits in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking activities, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, monthly management reports, variance analysis, and strategic financial recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure timely preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports per local accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities regarding financial, taxation, and compliance matters.
• Maintain strong internal control systems and continuously improve financial processes, governance frameworks, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional and international headquarters to ensure seamless financial reporting, budgeting, and cross-border compliance.
