Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior E-Commerce Business Operations Manager to lead the Indonesia-based e-commerce and BNPL platform. The role reports to Regional HQ and serves as the bridge between local operations and regional leadership, turning strategies into operational and commercial actions.

The candidate should be commercially minded, hands-on, and capable of managing 5–8 staff while coordinating with multiple functions to drive growth and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in Business Operations.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, BNPL, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the e-commerce and BNPL-integrated platform, ensuring strong operational performance and execution.
• Translate Regional HQ strategies and business objectives into localized operational roadmaps and commercial initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of 5–8 operational professionals, setting priorities, performance expectations, and execution standards.
• Drive merchant acquisition, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion to increase BNPL acceptance across relevant channels.
• Oversee merchant onboarding processes, platform campaigns, fee structures, transaction performance, and customer conversion initiatives.
• Monitor key e-commerce and BNPL metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement initiatives to improve transaction volume, conversion, and platform efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Business Operations, Business Development, Merchant Relationship Management, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Represent the business unit in strategic stakeholder discussions and negotiations with key business partners when required.
