Job summary

International SOS is seeking a qualified General Practitioner to deliver primary healthcare services across Indonesia. The role requires Mandarin fluency, strong communication, and at least 2 years of medical experience.

You will handle medical assessments, emergency response, and provide clear reports to support patient care and treatment compliance while being prepared for assignments across multiple locations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Must be a General Practitioner with valid STR.
• Mandarin language communication required.
• Minimum 2 years medical experience.
• Emergency response experience is a plus.
• ATLS, ACLS, Hiperkes certifications optional but advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned across locations in Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with mature, pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare consultation, diagnosis, and treatment related to medical conditions.
• Conduct medical assessments, health screenings, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Respond to medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and coordinate medical evacuation when required.
• Communicate medical information effectively in both Mandarin and the local language/English to support patient understanding and treatment compliance.
• Provide medical interpretation and translation during consultations, emergency situations, and health-related discussions.
• Prepare medical reports and incident summaries

Key Skills/Qualities:

• General Practitioner, who posses valid STR
• Comfortable and able to communicate in the Mandarin Language
