Job summary

SF Indonesia seeks a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and the setup of a new facility. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders for smooth, compliant operations in a fast-growing To-C / e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities include managing order processing, inventory control, fulfillment, and coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin communication for cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management.
• Experience in To-C / e-commerce environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java and work Saturdays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Support setup and readiness of new warehouses, including SOP alignment and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, HQ) for smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory turnover and fulfillment efficiency; support continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations.
