Job summary

PT Valeo AC Indonesia aims to hire a Mandarin-speaking Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Coordinator to ensure quality conformity of components at the site in Batam and drive annual supplier quality improvements. The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and proven ability to lead quality initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include approving Yearly Initial Samples with evidence, ensuring 100% conformity of purchased parts, and escalating issues promptly to the PG SQA

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant works.
• Proven expertise in driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Preferably strong skills in quality tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% conformity of components supplied at the site level.
• Ensure 100% yearly conformity of purchased components in line with Stage 7 of AQP.pp (Annual Quality Planning Process). This includes: Approving Yearly Initial Samples (YIS) with capability evidence.
• In case of YIS rejection, promptly escalated the issue to the PG SQA Engineer and relevant Valeo sites.
• For any issues requiring support from PG SQA or Purchasing Commodity Engineers, escalation to the PG SQA or Purchasing Manager for resolution.
