Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group is seeking a Quality Control professional for a manufacturing environment to perform quality inspections during production and ensure products meet defined standards and specifications.

You will communicate with Chinese management and expatriates regarding quality matters, assist with translation between Mandarin and Indonesian, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to address issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in related field.
• Experience as QC/QA in a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of basic quality control, inspection and problem solving.
• Able to read and understand work documents and procedures.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Able to communicate with Chinese expatriates.
• Meticulous and analytical.
• Able to work individually and within a team.
• Willing to work in production areas and follow operational requirements.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience as QC/QA in a manufacturing company

Able to read and understand work documents and procedures

Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written

Able to communicate with Chinese expatriates

Meticulous, responsible with good analytical capabilities

Able to work individually and within a team

Willing to work in production areas and follow operational requirements
