Qualifications

• Lancar kemampuan menulis dan lisan dalam Mandarin Chinese serta bahasa Inggris secara fasih.
• Kemampuan menerjemahkan secara akurat antara Mandarin, Inggris, dan bahasa lain yang relevan.

Responsibilities

• Liaise langsung dengan manajemen senior yang berkomunikasi utama dalam bahasa Mandarin.
• Menangani urusan umum di kantor Jakarta.
• Menerjemahkan secara akurat antara Chinese dan English.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi.
• Mengelola beberapa tugas terjemahan dengan tenggat waktu ketat.

Job description

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working across cultures. You'll be the bridge between our Indonesia office and management, keeping everyone connected while handling general affairs on the ground. This role requires fluent Mandarin Chinese, as you'll be liaising directly with senior management who communicate primarily in Chinese.

About you

Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to translate accurately and clearly between both languages

Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred

Solid communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple translation tasks and meet strict deadlines
