Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or exposure in procurement/purchasing/logistics preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin (conversational for daily work) and English.
• Familiar with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas)

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing operations, including contract documentation and administrative processes
• Support contract signing processes and ensure all required approvals are completed
• Handle payment processes and coordinate with the Finance team
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and internal departments
• Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure smooth execution
• Assist in handling logistics-related cost calculations when required
• Ensure all processes are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company procedures
